Rethinking Systems Design for Racial Justice & Equity Symposium

Menlo College’s very own Provost Grande Lum has been invited to moderate a panel in the first part of an interactive symposium series: “California and New Truth Commissions: Designing Racial Equity Processes in Silicon Valley of Technological Innovation”.
The symposium will feature national and international professionals who will share their knowledge on methods to address difficult issues regarding racial justice and equity.
Stanford Law School’s Gould Center for Conflict Resolution, in partnership with The Ohio State University’s Divided Community Project, and the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program will host the online event.

In 2021, 13 Menlo College alumni spanning four decades participated in panel discussions, representing a variety of industries. Is this year your turn?
This year’s Career Connect Day is officially set for Tuesday, April 5, 2022, and Menlo students are hoping you will volunteer! The theme of “Return To Work?” will explore how companies and workers have adapted to and been affected by the pandemic. Proposals for presentations this year can be submitted here.
